New Circuits Classes now open at The Weald Sports Centre
Circuits 19.00-20.00 taught by Julia. & Thursday The Weald Sports Centre has two brand new Circuits courses on its New Year timetable! Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance, whilst also aiding weight loss.
Try something new in 2013 and come along to these high paced, calorie busting classes
